NEWBORN SESSIONS

I recommend booking your session after your scan to avoid disappointment as I limit the number of due dates I take per month. Once we reach capacity I can't take on any more bookings for that month.

Sessions are £50 and take place at my studio in Accrington (BB5 2LE).

Your session fee includes up to 3 hours at the studio with your choice of setups/props and the editing of your collection. We will capture a minimum of 5+ setups on the day and can include parent and sibling setups if desired. Digital image and wall art prices are on the link below:

UPON BOOKING

***PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR DUE DATE IN THE NOTES*** Please select the correct month from the drop down upon booking and give us your exact due date also in the notes. We limit the number of due babies we pre book each month, to allow us to keep the diary flexible for booked clients, this means that when baby arrives, early or late we guarantee to fit you in within 21 days of their arrival providing you contact us within 48 hours from birth. We will then schedule your session once baby is here.

Upon booking you will receive a receipt straight away followed by a confirmation email with details about how to find me, how to prepare for your session and what to expect on the day. You'll also receive a questionnaire to fill in with your preferences on colours and styling for your session.

ON THE DAY

Sessions are Monday to Friday mornings. If you have other children you would like to bring we can work around this with an early morning appointment, doing the family poses first then them going off to school afterwards, or a late afternoon slot where you come back for just this part of the session, please contact me with any questions.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

We will schedule a date for you to come back after your session for your Viewing and Ordering Appointment, you'll see your collection of 30+ edited images and be able to choose to purchase any package, there is no obligation to buy.

T's & C's

Session Fee is non refundable in the event of a no show (unless a proven emergency) or in the event you change your mind. If you would like to re schedule please give at least 24 hours notice. Session Fee cannot be transferred to another session type and is for Newborn only.

Session Fee covers the session itself, use of props and setups and the time it takes to edit your collection, no products or digitals are included, please see above for packages.

Digital images will be available 48 hours from your Viewing & Ordering Appointment. Prints and Wall Art collections will be available for collection from the studio, these items cannot be posted due to the high risk of damage in transit.
